Yes, I've already cleaned it but it only cleans few mb.

Do an anti-virus scan, if you haven't done one already, and a disk defrag... that may clear some space.
Try Scanner from Windows Freeware by Steffen Gerlach
I use it all the time to find out what's eating my HDD space... Usually TW backup files in my case.
