Dynamic Weather?

Hearing news about CryEngine, it seems like it is capable of very high quality visuals as well other features such as dynamic weather. So, I'd like to ask if dynamic weather will be a part of Traction wars. I believe that it would be a great feature. It may even be especially reasonable if you can find data of the weather that had appeared during the set times.
