I was talking with [MENTION=2433]FlyingR[/MENTION] about this a couple of weeks ago. If you don't have a cohesive team, it is very difficult to use the clock system in a game. I think the most important factor is that you don't have a real human contact.
-Your vision is limitated
-The hearing can't be simulated
-You can't relate voices with faces
-You can't do bodily expressions
etc etc
Even if you can overcome this with training, this would be very difficult to casual players, or players that are not playing with friends. I mean, is it impossible? No, but it could convert a realism game in a complex combat simulator
