I think I will adapt this parenting technique. The ending is the best but watching the video through makes the ending that much more rewarding :)

This dropped into my inbox at work... thought I'd share it :p

Last year I replaced all the windows in my house with that expensive
double-pane energy efficient kind, and today, I got a call from the
contractor who installed them. He was complaining that the work had
been completed a whole year ago and I still hadn't paid for them.

Hellloooo,.............just because I'm blonde doesn't mean that I am
automatically stupid. So, I told him just what his fast talking sales
guy had told me last year, that in ONE YEAR these windows would
pay for themselves!

Helllooooo? It's been a year! I told him.

There was only silence at the other end of the line, so
I finally just hung up. He never called back. I bet he felt like an idiot.

Indeed, a lot of 'youtube celebs' must feel pretty damn stupid right now, as they should. Yeah I've been following the election stuff in America over the past weeks, mainly how the Republicans are tearing themselves apart :p.

Haven't heard much of Obamas election plans, but I hear he has Socialist views. Thing is you guys don't really have a middle ground party to vote for, its either far left socialists or very right wing Rupublicans like Santorum. The Conservatives we have in the UK arn't quite as crazy as yours, there more middle ground.

Yeah, Kony is really annoying - people don't do their research :p It bothered me because youtube celebs have a huge demograph of people that will saulte and follow what they say lol :p So they made society dumber!

As far as the elections, to be honest, and I know its bad for someone like me who's very opinionated etc.... but I haven't been following the elections to closely, YET. I've just heard a lot of drama and such which shouldn't be part of the Presidential elections, kinda annoying :p

But I've accepted America is screwed and will never have another good President so I can't loose! :D

Why females should avoid a girls night out after they are married......

If this does not make you laugh out loud, you have lost your sense of
humour.

The other night I was invited out for a night with the 'girls.'
I told my husband that I would be home by midnight, 'I promise!'
Well, the hours passed and the margaritas went down way too easily.
Around 3 a.m., a bit loaded, I headed for home.

Just as I got in the door, the cuckoo clock in the hallway started up
and cuckooed 3 times.

Quickly, realizing my husband would probably wake up, I cuckooed another
9 times.

I was really proud of myself for coming up with such a quick-witted
solution, in order to escape a possible conflict with him.

(Even when totally smashed... 3 cuckoos plus 9 cuckoos totals = 12 cuckoos
MIDNIGHT!)
The next morning my husband asked me what time I got in, I told him
'MIDNIGHT'... he didn't seem pissed off in the least.

Whew, I got away with that one! Then he said 'We need a new cuckoo
clock.'

When I asked him why, he said, 'Well, last night our clock cuckooed
three times, then said 'oh ****.' Cuckooed 4 more times, cleared its
throat, cuckooed another three times, giggled, cuckooed twice more, and then
tripped over the coffee table and farted.Why females should avoid a girls night out after they are married......

Obama a far-left socialist? Come on, Brr! All you can choose in the USA is repressive conservatives. May that be Obama, Romney or Santorum. Obama is the mildest one, the other 2 are extremists. And then there's Ron Paul, the far-right libertarian. There's nothing for a socialist in the US, nor for a center-libertarian. At least religious-extremists can have their pick..

Obama doesn't fit America politically, thats really just the issue. Whatever label people put on him, I suppose all of them have some truth. But your right there is nothing for a socialist in the US, maybe thats why Obama will never fit in here :p
