This idea might have been discussed or overlooked before but never mind...
My idea is cutscenes before and after a game starts. I find it kind of boring in games when you just suddenly arrive at the spawn point at the beginning so I would find it a lot more interesting if we could see a bit of how our troops got there. It doesn't have to be much, maybe just walking up a lane that blends into the gameplay, but it would be nicer then suddenly being there.
Likewise, at the end there should also be cutscenes that could show the victors celebrating or the losers surrendering or fleeing. I think this would make the achievements and playing the game feel a little more rewarding then other games where they tend to just abruptly end.
There may be flaws or what-have-you in my ideas, but as I said, never mind. Thanks for reading.
