It's very well known in certain circles. The story behind it is basically Valve never things done when they say they will so they devised a phrase list and the translations to what actually happens.

I've raised this with vBulletin as it appears to be part of a wider security bug - which I'm happy to say doesn't effect us apart from people being able to see this thread
